We will retain a limited but necessary amount of your personal details in order to automatically book your appointment into our electronic diary system. We collect the following data from you: patient ID, name, date of birth, email address, contact telephone number and IP address. This is so we can either identify you as an existing patient of our clinic or, for new patients, create a record in our system in order to make your appointment. Data is retained in accordance with the clinic’s data retention policy.
Data Sharing

Once you submit your information via the online booking service, it is stored briefly on a third party email system until collected by the clinic’s booking application. Further processing of your personal data is pursuant to the clinic’s data protection policy, which can be obtained by contacting the clinic.
